What should I do last minute before Step 2 CK?
Treat last minute as your final week and open nothing new. Use 5 resources: AJmonics, about 200 questions per system with every unknown screenshotted; the Divine Intervention must-do PDF; every card of the Step 2 CK NBME Booster Anki on usmlevault.com; Mehlman for your weak systems; and Dr. High Yield for fast recall. These are more than enough.
Read this first The last-minute mistake I see most is buying a new question bank, or starting a course someone posted about, in the final week. Nothing new gets opened. Each section below says what the resource is and exactly how to use it when the days are short.

Rapid questions AJmonics
What it is: roughly 2-hour compilations of about 200 questions per video, per system, free on YouTube. Dense, rapid-fire question review.
How to use it last minute: your weakest systems first. For every question or concept you don't know, take a screenshot and drop it in a folder for that system. That folder is something you revise, not something you build and forget. Use AJmonics late, once the reasoning is already there , and in your final week it is.

What it is: concise, high-yield videos built for rapid recall. Especially valuable if you feel stuck on a score plateau.
How to use it last minute: a fast morning pass on the system you're revising that day, alongside Mehlman and AJmonics.

AMBOSS high yield. The 200 Concepts, vaccines, risk factors, quality improvement and communication. These belong in your last month, after NBME 14.
The free preventive medicine PDFs. Screening, risk factors and vaccines and USPSTF recommendations . Preventive medicine points are free marks once you know the grades and ages.
The Free 120, offline. On Step 2 CK it is the most predictive test you have: 80%+ on the Free 120 = a good chance of 250+. Read it together with your trend on NBME 13, 15 and 16.
