I hear this every week. Here's where that feeling actually comes from, and what to do about it today.

The anxiety never comes from the amount. You've studied a lot over your whole medical career. It comes from having no proper structure, no method, and not knowing how to study for this exam. Everyone says do First Aid, do UWorld, but nobody teaches how. Fix that, with a method for First Aid, a method for UWorld and a day-by-day task list, and the anxiety has nothing left to feed on.
Read this firstThink about everything you've already got through: every year of med school, every exam, every night before a viva. You handled the volume then.
So what's different now? Nobody has shown you how this exam wants to be studied.
It comes from 3 things: no proper structure, no proper method, and not knowing how to study for this exam. You open First Aid, see more than 600 pages, and nobody has told you what to do with page 1.
All 3 are fixable, and none of them needs more hours. They need a structure and a method.

The Vault gives you a day-by-day task list, exactly structured, from your exam date and your hours. You never open your books wondering where to start. Today has a list, and that's all you look at.

My students tell me they've never got scores like these before. It's not magic. It's a system that has worked for a lot of people, and it doesn't hurt you to try it.

You're not anxious about how much you have to study. You're anxious about how little you know about how you're supposed to study it.
That part is fixable tonight. Open renal, do 3 pages the way I showed you, and see how it feels.
