What's new in USMLE Vault?

USMLE Vault added 11 features in October 2026. The biggest: An AI tutor on every screen; Timed Anki; Every Anki card opens its First Aid page; NBME 34 is in the NBME Booster.

Every screen, bottom right
An AI tutor on every screen
Tap the owl and ask anything you're stuck on. Every answer comes in 3 parts: in simple words, how it works, then exactly how the USMLE tests it. It knows which page you're on and how the app works. 30 questions a day.
