Your NBME is a week away and you still haven't really started. This one is for you, and it starts today.

Know exactly what to do. First, review your last NBME and find the 2 or 3 systems carrying most of your misses. Second, get a day-by-day plan from that score: on the USMLE Vault schedule, above 70% nothing changes, 65 to 70% adds a 15-day Patch, below 65% adds a Rebuild. Third, follow the daily checklist between your 2 NBMEs.
You don't procrastinate the week before an NBME because you're lazy. You procrastinate because you don't know what to do. You open First Aid, then UWorld, then your phone, and the day is gone.
So the fix isn't motivation. The first thing that stops procrastination is knowing where you're bad.
That's why I built a full schedule of what you're supposed to do based on your score: a day-by-day task list. This page is 3 steps. Once you know what to do day by day, it's only a matter of time before you do it.
You can't plan a week around "everything". You plan it around your misses. So before you open a book, you review your last NBME, the short version:
Then run your misses through the NBME Booster AnkiEvery form from 20 up to the one you just took, system by system. Start with the 2 or 3 systems your review flagged.
Open NBME Booster Anki βOnce you know what you're weak at, you need a day-by-day schedule of what to do next. Go to usmlevault.com/schedule and tap Road to exam day. Based on your NBME score, the schedule tells you the road to the exam.

Want a day-by-day schedule that tells you exactly what to study next? The Vault builds it around your exam date.

Between 2 NBMEs, the schedule gives you a daily checklist. Every task is named, and every task opens the thing you need. You don't decide what to study at 9 am. You open today, and you tick.
Every Anki task on the checklist opens its deck directly, so there is nothing to search for. Between 2 NBMEs, the 2 decks you'll open most are FA Foundation Anki and the NBME Booster Anki.
